DHANIKA - DIAS (nee DE LIVERA) Beloved wife of Parakrama, darling daughter of Carmen and Arrol daughter-in-law of the late Sheila and late Dr Herbert Dias darling mother of Dhannaka (UK) and Ashanthi (UK) loving sister of Dappula (AG’s) and Arittha (Canada), sister-in-law of Dr Jayantha (NZ), Suminal (UK), Kumudini, Rupi (UK), Mahinda (UK), Marini (UNDP) and Sohnali (Canada), expired. Funeral in the UK 21st March 2009. A Thanksgiving Service will be held at Archbishops House Sacred Heart Chapel at 5.30 p.m. on Friday 20th March 2009.

SELLAPPERUMAGE - LIUTIN LOUVI AMARASEKERA (Justice of the Peace). Beloved husband of Nimalalatha, beloved father of Ganga and Varuni, grandfather of Chathuri and Dasan, expired at the age of 68. Cremation will take place at General Cemetery Nalluruwa on Saturday the 21st at 4.00 p.m. Bereaved children.

WEERASEKERA - CHANDIMA ANURADA (CHANDI) Chief Engineer Coral Princes Cruises Ship Australia, dearly beloved son of M A Weerasekera and Ilene Shriya Rubasinghe (Retired Staff Zahira College Gampola), brother of Nayana Staff Weerasekera Maha Vidyalaya Helboda, Pubudu (Pharmaceutical Corp. Negombo), died under tragic circumstances in New Zealand. Remains will be at 4th Lane Jayamalapura, Gampola. Funeral will take place at General Cemetery Gampola on Saturday 21st March at 4.00 p.m.

HETTIARACHCHI - MR JAYASENA Husband of Wimala Hettiarachchi, father of Major Mahinda Hettiarachchi, Sandya Hettiarachchi, Suminda Hettiarachchi, Chandrika & father-in-law of Jude Tennakoon, Upuli Gamage (Founder of Sri Lanka Twins Cultural Centre), passed away.
