Arpico anthem to improve workforce
Richard Pieris Company Ltd., now on its 77th year of producing and
marketing a wide range of products under the Arpico brand identity,
recently launched a company anthem to inspire a sense of belonging
amongst its 33,000 strong workforce.
The concept of evolving a company anthem, created and sung by the
employees themselves was the brainchild of Arpico's Head of Group Human
Resources V.K. Jayawardena who presented the CD of the song to the
Chairman Dr. Sena Yaddehige.
The Arpico Anthem highlights the company's contribution to the
nation, through employment and value added products and the lyrics helps
to highlight the team spirit and loyalty of its employees.
