Junior Table Tennis Tourney on January 17 and 18

The All Island Junior (grading) Table Tennis Tournament conducted by Colombo Table Tennis Association will be held on January 17 and 18 at S. Thomas' College Indoor Stadium, Mount Lavinia.

Under-18 Boys and Girls, Under-15 Boys and Girls, Under-12 Boys and Girls and Under-10 Boys and Girls will vie for honours in Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles.

Four hundred and ninety-two entries have been received for the tournament, Vice President of the Sri Lanka Table Tennis Association Chandana Perera told the Daily News.

Chrys Gunaratne Memorial Tournament

Former national player and administrator Chrys Gunaratne Memorial Table Tennis Tournament will be worked off on January 31 and February 1 at S. Thomas' College Indoor Stadium, Mount Lavinia.

Boys Open, Girls Individual, Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Under-21, 18, 15, 12 and 10, age group 35-44 and over 45 Men's and Women's Singles will be the major events in the Chrys Gunaratne Memorial Annual Table Tennis Tournament.

Entries will be received till January 10. Draw will be held on January 17 at S. Thomas' College Indoor Stadium, Mount Lavinia.
