Old Sokians (Dharmashoka, Ambalangoda) won the Col. Henry Steele
Olcott, Cricket Tournament when they defeated Old Nalandians by 8
wickets in the finals at the Ambalangoda Esplanade recently. With this
win Old Sokians have won it six times in the Ten years old tournament
among Eight Buddhist Schools.
Prior to this victory they won this tournament in the year 2001, 2002
(jointly with Ananda) 2003 (jointly with Ananda) 2004, 2005 (jointly
with Maliyadeva)

Plate Trophy was won by Old Rajans beating Maliyadeva in the finals.
In the schools six-a-side cricket tournament Ananda College won when
they defeated Dharmaraja in the finals. |
