Ravini and Wickremaratne clinch two titles each

Ravini Kannangara of Musaeus College, Colombo and R.V. Wickremaratne of Trinity College, Kandy won two titles each at the All Island Intermediate and Novices Table Tennis Championships organised by Nugegoda Table Tennis Club and worked off at S. Thoma's Indoor Stadium on December 13 and 14, 2008.

Ravini won the intermediate women's singles title by beating Naduni Surasinghe of Southlands Collage, Galle in the final by 11/09, 11/07 and also bagged Novices Women's Singles title by overcoming Sashini Karunasena of Visakha College, Colombo by 11/07 and 11/09 in the final.

R.V. Wickremaratne of Trinity College, Kandy also had an excellent tournament by taking the Novices Men's Singles by defeating Keshan Perera of Lalith Athulathmudali MV in the final by 11/06 and 11/04 and then went on to clinch Under 21 Boy's Singles Title by beating Chamath Dimantha of Anura Central, Yakkala by 11/07 and 13/11 in the final.
