PC House to expand further

PC House is to expand its business to Pakistan, India and the
European region in the near future.

Chairman PC House/ PCH Holdings S.H.M Rishan said “We have expanded
our business to Singapore, Dubai and Bangladesh. We are operating
through our own offices in these countries and now we are planing to
expand our business in Pakistan, India and Europe. We expect to
introduce our own brand “Panora” in these markets.”
PCH Holdings have diversified into various sectors in the IT field
and into pharmaceutical industry recently. All our diversified
businesses are maintaining 30 to 35% growth. The current economic
condition PCH Holdings do not have any plans to diversify into new
business. We would consider on another diversification within few years
time he said.
Meanwhile Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) has appointed PC House as
their sole regional distributor for the Sri Lankan region.
Rishan said Lanka is high in adopting latest technologies. This
partnership will help PC House to penetrate the market more effectively.
Director Corporate Development AMD India Shankar Narayan said Sri
Lanka is becoming an important market for AMD in the region. Since PC
House has gained a high reputation in the industry and the company also
provides complete solutions, AMD chose PC House as their regional
distributor in Sri Lanka. “They also maintain good rapport with
commercial sector and the public sector,” he added.
“As a result of the agreement, AMD can now offer its leading edge
products and computing solutions to customers in the new fast emerging
Sri Lankan market. PC house brings experience, local market knowledge
and highly capable staff to match our growth ambitions in this very
exciting market,” he said. |
