Colombo Inter-regional Under-17 soccer champions

Colombo team won the championship of the Inter-regional Under-17 Football Tournament conducted by the Sri Lanka Football Federation.

The finals was played between Colombo and Negombo teams at the Moragasmulla football grounds, Rajagiriya. Skipper Riyaz Mohammed scored the only goal for the winning team.

Deputy Chairman of Urban Council Kotte, Janaka Ranawana was the chief guest and distributed the prizes.

Director of Youth Football of the Federation R.M.U. Mahindapala and Secretary Sri Lanka School Football Federation Milroy Perera were also attended the prize giving ceremony.
