Lankan prize winner from SLIM
President SLIM R.M.P. Dayawansa awarded a token of appreciation
to Saliya Amaratunga. General Manager Education and Marketing
Dr. Ranjan Madanayaka, Executive Director Nimal Wirasekara, Vice
President, Education SLIM Rohan Somawansa and Secretary SLIM
Thushara Perera were also present.

Twenty three year old Anuradha Saliya Amarathunga has won the Sri
Lankan Prize for Marketing Communications at the June 2007 examination
of the Chartered Institute of Marketing of UK (CIM) body.
He was exempted from the Professional Certificate level (CIM I) and
followed from the Professional Diploma level (CIM II and CIM III) at
SLIM Business School.
He studied at Leighton Park International School and successfully
completed the London OL and AL and was an outstanding student who served
as the deputy head prefect in 2003.
He has passed final of CIMA (UK) and is following the MBA from the
University of Wales, UK. At present he is employed at D. Samson and Sons
Private Limited as a Management Accountant. |
