Ajantha Mendis joins hands with BoC

The latest spin sensation in Cricket Ajantha Mendis has joined hands with Bank of Ceylon as a Brand Ambassador.

In a brief ceremony held at Bank of Ceylon, in which he made his first visit to the Bank’s Head Office, Ajantha Mendis was greeted by the General Manager, the Corporate Management, staff and the customers flocked around him.

It was a pleasant surprise for the customers turned up for various businesses at this premier bank’s Head Office, to see and meet Ajantha Mendis in person. He was accompanied by Major General V.R. Silva, Chairman Sports Sri Lanka Army.

Bank of Ceylon intends Ajantha Mendis to be appointed as Brand Ambassador for all products, specially for 18+, 14+ and Prestige Plus accounts.

It was also announced that a glamorous official ceremony to mark the occasion of signing the agreement to this effect will take place shortly, possibly with the participation of some of the Sri Lankan Cricketers and Sri Lanka Cricket officials.”
