Rail track bomb explosion suspect identified

The main suspect of the bomb explosion between Dehiwala and Wellawatte coastal railway line was identified yesterday at an identification parade held at the Mount Lavinia Magistrate Courts.

Five witnesses who had seen the main suspect fleeing from the area after the bomb explosion had identified the suspect, Balasubramanium Jatheeshan at the identification parade conducted before Additional Magistrate and District Court Judge Darshika Wimalasiri.

Seven witnesses have come forward to identify the suspect and three men and two women witnesses identified him at the identification parade.
