Lending Rates (AWPLR) & the Lowest Prime Rate (LPR)
during the week
ended 08th June, 2008 by all commercial banks were 18.25 percent
and 13.85 per cent respectively.
The Average Weighted Deposit Rate (AWDR) of the Commercial banks for the
month of May, 2008 was 10.76 percent.
