Joes in convincing 48 - 3 win

St. Joseph's College scored a convincing 48 points to 3 points victory over Science College in their Singer inter school under 20 Division One Group B league rugby tournament match worked off at Longden Place yesterday.

The Josephians collected their points from four goals and four tries having led 12-3 at half time. Science College managed to put over a penalty. Winger Sachintha Maduranga, Chanaka Piertersz and Naveen Abeyratne scored two tries each while Dilshan Devenda and Churath Dabadeniya scored a try each for the winners.
