Using astrology to manage your business - Part 12
Damith Vitharanage
We discussed about the planets that are described in astrology and
how they aid/assist to understand and impact on one's profession,
employment vocation and entrepreneurship related prospects.
It was further detailed in the previous article about the nature,
features and characteristics of the "Sun" and how a person would be when
the "Sun's" gauge differs from strong to feeble, when
applying/forecasting one's employment / entre- preneurship happenings
and events. I wish to describe in this article of the "Sun's"
contribution to characteristics and features of a person when it falls
on to 12 rashis'.
By now the readers should have the knowledge of what a horoscope is
and also of the horoscopic houses. It has 12 houses and basically starts
with a person's lagna house.
(Rashis)
Example 1. If one's sign is Aries (Mesha), his/her horoscope would
look like this; Example 2. If we take a person whose sign is Leo (Sinha),
his/her horoscope would look like this;
So now let us move on to see what the effects are when "Sun" falls on
to the respective 12 houses.
Sun-Aries
Positives
These people can be assigned with rigorous tasks, can be given
deadlines and work to be carried out in difficult instances and highly
stress related activities. They are determined and born leaders with the
ability to command well over others and eventually over a period of time
would reach to be a leader.
An asset for armed forces and even for Government services.
Negatives
These people do not like to accept small jobs. They are proud with
less association with others. Public relations skills are low. Disagrees
with his/her superiors and likes to live alone.
Tough and determined people. Gives commands and leads teams in an
autocratic way. Ought to claim leadership. Will not accept those who
contradict with his/her views and hates critics.
Sun-Taurus
Positives

sales/marketing personnel with a natural talent for customer/public
relation. Would do well in the sales of items related to females such as
clothing, perfumes, jewellery etc... By default, draws attraction from
women. Very cautious when dealing with money and risk averse people.
They would be good as cashiers. While life progresses wealth
accumulation potential is very high.
Negatives

a lot of females. They will not take integral/objective decisions when
evaluating female subordinates.
Stingy and controls expenses and will try to make money at any cost.
They should not be allowed to handle bulk cash and should not be given
resources without proper controls.
Sun-Gemini

knowledge i.e, lecturing, coaching, training etc., Good authors and
would be good at secretarial, communication and printing related jobs.
Analytical people. Good planners, strategy makers and policy
adopters.
Negatives
Slow development in their career progression. Weak mind and less
determination. Dislikes travelling and meeting people. Prefers to sit in
one place and work. No big ambitions.
They do not plan on becoming entrepreneurs but would rather work
under someone. Talks too much and thinks often. Less field action and
practical. Theoretical people and base their arguments mostly on theory.
They are not good for operational aspects or for sales and marketing
field personnel.
Sun-Cancer
Positives
Job related grievances are less. Does not expect much from his/her
job. Good for Government related, bureaucratic organisations where
changes are minimal and changes are hard to come by. Good at following
orders and procedures. Obedient people and are not aggressive. Gives ear
to their superiors. Good to be employed in water, chemicals, liquid and
lubricant related industries.
Negatives
Prone to gambling. Not interested in career progression. Prefers to
do the same job. Unstable and often changes jobs. Risk averse. No inborn
talent to aim or do a big job. Less trustworthy.
Lazy and not hard working. Not much enthusiasm to do his/her job. No
innovative ideas or new methods in carrying out the job. Married life
would be difficult and relationships with female colleagues and
superiors too become difficult. Timid persons. Not leaders but mostly
good followers of policy.
We must again reiterate that these are generally considered as being
good and bad although not necessarily being a hard and fast rule as
these differ according to planetary permutations/ combinations of each
individual as mentioned previously and that is when the service of a
competent astrologer should be sought.
