'Tita Nathanielsz Lounge' at Colts

Tita Nathanielsz, the former All Ceylon and Colts cricketer and captain, who in his day was an extraordinary pace bowler with the characteristic ability of sending the ball down with tremendous bounce and speed from a very short run up.

Apart from his prowess on the field of cricket he has also proved to be a very fine administrator holding many a responsible position in the club.

As an illustrious stalwart of the club he counts a period of 68 years as a member to be its current patron.

The club in recognition and appreciation of the manifold services rendered by Tita, will open the 'Tita Nathanielsz lounge' on 12th February at 7 p.m. at the Colts Cricket Club pavilion.
