Four new DS buildings

New office buildings were opened at four Divisional Secretariats in the Western Province by Public Adminstration and Home Affairs Minister Karu Jayasuriya recently.

These buildings which cost Rs. 76 million have all facilities to provide an efficient and public-friendly service.

The three storeyed state of the art building at the Kaduwela Divisional Secretariat built at a cost of Rs. 50 million will provide a variety of services to the public, including providing Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates in five minutes.

The new Divisional Secretariat buildings at Weke, Kelaniya and Minuwangoda cost Rs. 6.5 million, Rs. 6.5 million and Rs. 13.8 million respectively.
