Tashya Perera of Tharunyata Hetak to represent Sri Lanka at GYLC

In honor of the 110th Congress of the United States of America, the Congressional Youth Leadership Council (CYLC) has invited Tashya Perera of the Tharunyata Hetak to represent Sri Lanka in the 2008 Global Young Leaders Conference (GYLC) to be held in June in Washington DC.

Tashya, 18, a student of Methodist College will also be pursuing higher studies in New York at the Brooke Heaven Campus for aviation in Dowling College.

At the 13th day GYLC all representatives will be given a chance to bring international attention to various situations faced by their respective countries.
