LTTE women cadres lament their fate

The Security Forces launched an onslaught on LTTE camps in Mannar and Weli Oya recently, killing a large number of Tiger cadres.

The remaining cadres fled the camps. The Forces personnel who inspected the camps found a number of letters written by female Tiger cadres to their families.

See page 4 for two of these letters written in Tamil, translated into English.
