New A/L subject from next year

The Education Ministry will introduce 'Information and Communication Technology' as a subject for Advanced Level from next year.

At the first phase of this programme, an Education College will be established to educate teachers on information and communication technology, Education Minister Susil Premajayantha said.

Information and Communication technology is taught at schools and has also introduced as an alterative subject at the GCE Ordinary Level Examination from last year.
