AIS, CCC seminar on business improvements

The Association for International Standards (AIS) which is affiliated to the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, in its continuous strive towards introducing best practices, will conduct a Seminar on “An Introduction to Public Speaking” on February 11, in the Ground Floor Meeting Room (West Wing) of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.

Your company’s success depends on communication. Employees face an endless exchange of ideas, messages, and information as they deal with one another and with customers day after day.

How well they communicate, can determine whether your company grows into being an industry leader, or is caught up in mediocrity, a press release states.

The fear of public speaking is one of the greatest fears of human beings; the ability to face an audience, respond to questions with confidence and convey the subject of your message.

Although we communicate all day, everyday throughout our life, through an endless exchange of ideas, messages and information, getting our message across to ensure it is understood is of supreme importance.
