Claymore hits train, no injuries

A Colombo bound train from Trincomalee was caught in a claymore explosion at Parakrama Road in Kantale yesterday evening.

No one was injured but the train engine suffered slight damage, a Kantale Police spokesman told the Daily News. Kantale Police and Army units are investigating.
