Mixed results at Bourse

At the end of days trading, the ASPI increased by 2.42 points to 2,502.37 while the MPI decreased by 4.42 points to 3,263.48. The total turnover generated for the day was Rs. 228.8 million .With 8.4 million shares changing hands.

The top five gainers for the day were Alufab, Keels Foods Products, Nuwara Eliya Hotels Ltd, Seylan Merchant - Non-Voting and Radiant Gems. While the top five losers were Beruwala Walkinn, Confifi Hotel Holdings, Singalanka Ltd, Reefcomber and Lanka Walltile Ltd.
