Provide info on him and bag Rs. 2m

Police has announced a Rs. 2 million reward to anyone who would provide credible information for the arrest of Yogachandran Wageesan alias Seelan alias Thronar alias Kannan alias Thambirajah alias Loganathan, responsible for many terrorist activities which threatened life and property and peace in and around Colombo.

He frequents several addresses which include Rechard Road, Velvettithurai, 16, Vellamkulam, Vavuniya, 488/15, Bluemendhal Road, Colombo 15 and 115, Hulftsdorp Street, Colombo 12.

He has a forged national identity card bearing number 690533774 V and a passport No. L 1154444. He is five feet two inches tall, with short black hair and a pot belly.

According to intelligence reports he has been implicated in several acts of terrorism including the murders of SSP Theopilas on September 23, 1992 and Former Navy Commander Clancey Fernando on November 16, 1992, murder of a security officer and robbery of a government car used by Secretary to former President R. Premadasa on November 20, 1992, murder of an Army Captain at Dickman's Road, Colombo 5, conspiracy to suicide attack on naval base at Digampathana on October 16, 2006 and making preparations and conspiring to commit explosions and distractions in Colombo and suburbs planned by the LTTE.
