AMD regional distributor Icon Resources

AMD (Advanced Micro Devices), a leading global provider of innovative processing solutions in the computing, graphics and consumer electronics markets, announced the appointment of Icon Resources and Technologies as Regional Distributor for Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. In Sri Lanka, Icon Resources would be represented by Dicon Technology.

Announcing the relationship, Haresh Bharia, Director, Distribution and Sales, AMD India said "AMD is focused on reaching the benefits of our customer-centric technology across the world and we have been on the lookout for the right partner to penetrate the Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal market effectively".

Dicon Technology is organizing AMD's channel partner meet in Colombo on November 02.

The event would focus on Dicon's future plan and growth strategy for the coming year.
