D.S Senanayake junior cricketers enter final round

CRICKET: D.S. Senanayake College Colombo under 15 C division team led by Bishma Pitigala ended with an unbeaten record to enter the final round of the under 15 C division cricket tournament which was conducted by the Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association.

D.S. Senanayake won on first innings over President›s College Rajagiriya, Hanwella Rajasinghe MV and Isipatana College while S.de S. Jayasinghe MV Dehiwala and Ananda Vidyalaya Kottawa matches ended with a no decisions.

DSS Skipper Bishma Pitigala finished with fine all round performances also gave good leadership to enter the final round. Sameera Madusanka was the most successful batsman with two centuries while Tahrindi Ilanperuma was among the wickets during the first round
