Anura to visit US to enhance cultural links

COLOMBO: National Heritage Minister Anura Bandaranaike will be officially visiting the USA to meet with the Smithsonian Institute, the World Heritage Centre, the Counter Parts International and several other Donor Agencies in Washington DC.

He will be meeting former President Bill Clinton in New York and discuss with him other ways of raising revenue for the preservation of heritage sites in Sri Lanka.

He is scheduled to call on US Presidential candidate, Senator Hilary Clinton. Bandaranaike will also be visiting several other donor agencies in the USA.
