KADAWATHA: Dulangi Shashikala, 10, of 189/1, Parakandeniya Imbulgoda
is suffering from Atrial Septal Defect (ASD). She has been recommended
an urgent surgery at the Nawaloka Hospital which is estimated to cost Rs.
260,000.
Her father says he is not in a position to foot this bill and seeks
public assistance to help expedite the surgery.
