Ceylinco Life’s branch network grows to 142
EXPANSION: Ceylinco Life has opened nine new branches this year, six
of them in April and May, in a major expansion drive that reinforces the
company’s leadership in terms of its branch network as well.
Ceylinco Life operates Sri Lanka’s largest branch network dealing in
life insurance, and the new branches brought the company’s islandwide
network to 142, the company said this week.
The latest branches opened were at Kahatagasdigiliya, Wattegama,
Wellawaya, Ruwanwella, Godakawala and Narammala. Earlier in the year,
Ceylinco Life opened branches at Kamburupitiya, Tissamaharama (second
branch) and Mawathagama.
Ceylinco Life Chief Executive Director R. Renganathan said: “Our
presence in every district and major town in Sri Lanka has been a strong
factor in our rise to market leadership. An islandwide branch network is
critical to our mission to protect every Sri lankan family with
insurance”.
All Ceylinco Life branches are fully IT enabled and are computer
linked to each other and the company’s head office using IP/VPN
technology, providing policyholders with access to information on their
policies from any branch.
