Gold and Silver Battle at Horana on March 23, 24

CRICKET: The inaugural Gold and Silver battle between Sri Palee College, Horana and S. de S. Jayasinghe Central College, Dehiwala will be played on march 23 and 24 at Sri Palee College Ground.

Two past pupils of Sri Palee College, SSP Kalutara Ravi Wijegunawardena and Ashok Menikgoda of Sampath Bank will be the Chief Guests on the 1st day of the match. Ex-Sri Lanka cricket captain Hashan Tillekerane will be the Chief guest for the last day.

A past pupil of S. de S. Jayasinghe Central College and the treasurer of All Ceylon Buddhist Association Roshan Madummage will be providing the challenge trophy and all the other trophies for the Big Match.
