Adjournment debate on re-introduction of death penalty The Prime Minister's office in a statement issued yesterday said an
adjournment debate will be held in Parliament shortly on the question of
re-implementing the death penalty and all MPs will be given the freedom to
vote according to their conscience without the influence of party views.
