Congenial environment for North-South dialogue since MOU -Minister Lokuge

Thousands of Buddhist pilgrims are daily travelling to the North to worship the Nagadeepa temple. They are going there on their own and not on a request made by the Government. The only reason being the stoppage of war after twenty years, said Tourism Minister Gamini Lokuge.
