Bottom seed Amrit Rupasinghe was in excellent form as he toppled the top seed Oshada Wijmanne in the final to emerge Boys Under 18 Boys Singles champion on the final day the Sri Lanka Junior National Tennis Championships concluded at National Tennis Centre courts yesterday.
