Speaker Joseph Michael Perera will deliver a ruling today on the objection taken by Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa to a debate on the assassination of ACTC Leader, Kumar Ponnambalam. A motion in this regard had already been presented to the House of TNA Parliamentarian and members of the ACTC K. Vinayagamoorthy.
