Old Thurstanites ‘A’ defeated Air Force and Antonian Sports Club by six wickets in their inter-club division three tournament cricket match conducted by Sri Lanka cricket and played at Thurstan grounds.

Taking the strike first visitors flopped for 111 runs with W. M. N. Indika scoring 46 runs and 12 reply homesters notched up the necessary score for the loss of four wickets with Janidu Silva unbeated on 35 runs.
