NAPSL in 'Photo Today' Bangalore

National Association of Photographers-Sri Lanka (NAPSL) has been invited to hold an exhibition of photography in Bangalore, India by the Buysell Interactions, organizers of the 'Image Today Asia' a leading photographic trade show in South India.

Also in 2012 the NAPSL held an exhibition at "Image Today Asia" in Chennai. It was the first ever photographic exhibition organized abroad by a local photographic association.

A ten-member team headed by Wimal Amaratunge, Executive Director of the NAPSL, will leave for India on July 4 to organise the display of images created by its members for their recent members' exhibition on Nature depicting the nature and beauty of Sri Lanka. The exhibition will be held from July 5 to 7 at the 'Photo Today - 2013' trade show at the Manpho Convention Centre in Bangalore. They also will be participated in a photographic workshop in Mysore and a get-together organized by the Karnataka Photographers Association.
