Hayley's Rs 2 b debenture through

Hayleys PLC informed that applications for over Rs 2 billion have been received for the company debenture issue and accordingly, the issue has been oversubscribed.

The issue closed yesterday as per the prospectus .The basis of allotment will be notified to the Colombo Stock Exchange in due course.
