President inaugurates water project

President Mahinda Rajapaksa inaugurated the Pitabeddara Water Supply Project in Galle District through satellite technology from Temple Trees on the invitation of Water Supply and Drainage Minister Dinesh Gunawardena recently.

The project costing Rs 130,31 million, was implemented by the National Water Supply and Drainage Board. About 6,000 people will benefit from the project.
