Flytxt expands South Asian Presence
Flytxt, the provider of Big Data Analytics powered customer
experience and revenue management solutions for Communication Service
Providers (CSPs), announced their entry to the Afghanistan market. The
company signed up with Etisalat, Afghanistan to deploy their platform
NEON, to drive segmented marketing campaigns and to deliver personalized
offers to subscribers.
"Since our entry, we have brought in many first of its kind products
and services to the people of Afghanistan," said Yasser Aboul Amayem,
Etisalat Afghanistan, Chief Commercial Officer. While touching upon the
benefits of this deal, he added, "We hope to enhance customer experience
further through contextual marketing leveraging Flytxt's platform to
deliver right offers to our customers at the right time too."
Dr. Vinod Vasudevan, CEO, Flytxt said, "This deal gives us an
opportunity to enter a telecom market with an amazing growth story
having penetration now close to 80% as against few thousands of
subscribers a decade back."
NEON platform enables operators' marketing teams to generate
incremental revenue, reduce customer churn and enhance customer loyalty
by executing micro-segmented campaigns. The platform is designed to help

Flytxt having consolidated their presence in South Asian and African
markets, is now focusing on establishing their presence in other fast
growing mobile markets like South East Asian countries.
