Flytxt expands South Asian Presence

Flytxt, the provider of Big Data Analytics powered customer experience and revenue management solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs), announced their entry to the Afghanistan market. The company signed up with Etisalat, Afghanistan to deploy their platform NEON, to drive segmented marketing campaigns and to deliver personalized offers to subscribers.

"Since our entry, we have brought in many first of its kind products and services to the people of Afghanistan," said Yasser Aboul Amayem, Etisalat Afghanistan, Chief Commercial Officer. While touching upon the benefits of this deal, he added, "We hope to enhance customer experience further through contextual marketing leveraging Flytxt's platform to deliver right offers to our customers at the right time too."

Dr. Vinod Vasudevan, CEO, Flytxt said, "This deal gives us an opportunity to enter a telecom market with an amazing growth story having penetration now close to 80% as against few thousands of subscribers a decade back."

NEON platform enables operators' marketing teams to generate incremental revenue, reduce customer churn and enhance customer loyalty by executing micro-segmented campaigns. The platform is designed to help marketers automate and manage the end to end marketing work flow right from targeting, sending offers and fulfillment tracking to reporting from a single web interface.

Flytxt having consolidated their presence in South Asian and African markets, is now focusing on establishing their presence in other fast growing mobile markets like South East Asian countries.

Flytxt is a leading provider of Big Data Analytics powered solutions, with a focus on enabling mobile operators to derive economic value from subscriber data. Etisalat Afghanistan is part of Etisalat Telecommunications Group, headquartered in UAE, one of the largest telecommunications groups in the world.
