Maloney appointed Vice Chairperson/CEO Touchwood Investments

Touchwood Investments PLC has appointed Jamburegoda Gamachchige Swarna Maloney as the Vice Chairperson/CEO of the company with effect from June 20, 2013.

The appointment of Jamburegoda Gamachchige Swarna Maloney follows the resignation of former CEO Charles Nazerias Jeffry Ebert. Mahavidanalage Indrajith Upul Peiris has been appointed the Director of the company with effect from June 24 while Prageeth Bandara Herath has resigned from the post of Director of the company with the effect from June 20.
