Millennium Housing Developers to unveil new logo

Millennium Housing Developers Limited ( MHDL) is all set to unveil a new brand identity that better reflects its current business focus and brand values, the company announced through a press release issued on 3rd June 2013.

It resembles the company's rapidly expanding activities in property, real estate and apartment business, symbolically indicating the focus of the company's enhanced new sectors activities. The new logo design enshrines the brand's equity and essence while giving voice to the resurgent presence of MHDL across the housing sector having branched out from townships to now include urban development projects, high rise buildings, residential developments in its range of projects.

"MHDL today is a very strong and resilient organization poised for growth in a rapidly advancing sector. MHDL provides a complete turnkey solution for any real estate and urban housing development requirement. The new logo exudes a new dimension of freshness and width to the sense of confidence and commitment which has always been the backbone of MHDL success," said Sisira Weerabahu of MHDL, ' It was a difficult decision to change our Millennium City logo after 14 years of success but we felt it is necessary for the public to identify MHDL with its new business focus and also the company needed something more modern and better suited to current times, while keeping it simple.

MHDL hopes to achieve greater recognition and stature through its new look, he continued.

Millennium Housing Developers are the pioneers of mega township projects having launched the country's very first mega township projects - Millennium City at Athurugiriya launched in 1999, followed by Millennium City project in Ja-Ela, which collectively counts more than 2500 houses mainly catering to a wider cross section of home buyers in society.
