Musical show at BMICH today

Vesange Maha Geeetha Govindaya, a selection of devotional songs presented by the Mass Media and Communication Ministry to mark the Vesak celebrations this year will be held at 7 pm today at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Hall, at the BMICH premises Colombo. Songs sung by Buddhsits, Hindus, Muslims, Catholics and Christian vocalists will be featured with music provided by veteran Music Director Rohana Weerasinghe.

Dr. Pandit W.D. Amaradeva, Vincent Paul Peiris, Sunil Edirisinghe, Ishak Beig, Champa Kalhari, Nirosha Virajini , Himantha

Heshan, Chnzadrasena Hettiarchchi, Amith Walpola, Bachi Susan, Supriya Abeysekera, Erandi Dassanayake, Athula Adikari, Kavisha Kaviraj, Udaya Sri , Chnadana Liyanaarchchi and Suriyakumar Muththalage are scheduled to perform at the show.
