Rat fever: 30 patients reported from Horana

Thirty patients with rat fever have been reported in Horana and nearby areas during the past few days, Medical Officer of Health, Horana, Indika Dharmarathna said.

He urged people going to work in paddy fields, to take antibiotics given free of charge by the Medical Officer of the Health Office, Horana, Agricultural Officers and Family Health Officers.
