Colonial takes over Mazda services

“Mazda” is one of the most popular vehicle brands in the world, and the situation is no different in Sri Lanka. Colonial Motors Ceylon Ltd is the authorized dealer for Mazda vehicles in Sri Lanka as well as Maldives. Colonial Motors recently marked the launch of the Mazda 6 in Sri Lanka with a gala show. Colonial Motors further revealed plans to introduce the latest vehicle models to Sri Lanka in the near future.

Highlighting the commitment of Colonial Motors towards loyal Mazda users, The Managing Director of Colonial Motors, Mohan Ratnayake, spoke of the latest state of the art service center operated by Colonial Motors. He mentioned that “In the expanding local market that places a high demand for Mazda products, there was an increased need for a reliable and recognized dedicated Mazda service center. Colonial Motors Ceylon Ltd, recognized this need and introduced to the Sri Lanka market a service center dedicated to cater to Mazda enthusiasts”.

Focussing on the lead role Colonial Motors plays, Ratnayake highlighted that it was Colonial Motors who introduced the Mazda CX5 and Mazda 6 packed with the never before seen, ground breaking Japanese technology of Sky Active.

The service center, fully equipped with the latest technology and machinery, is located in Nagahamula, Battaramulla. Along with this appointment, Colonial Motors set out to create a programme to carter to the needs of its customers with the aid of the latest Japanese technologies. Colonial Motors goal is to be a source of assurance to all Mazda customers.

The brand new service center was established through as investment of over 150 million rupees.

This service center provides all the latest facilities and technologies with service equipment imported especially from Germany, in addition the center also has original spare parts made available to the customer. All service personnel have received an extensive training in accordance with the Japanese technologies. Whilst having maintained a good and strong reputation within the motor industry in the past, Colonial Motors has been successful in reaching the pinnacle of success within a very short period of time.
