'Cool Planet' opens in Colombo

The largest store under the 'Cool Planet" franchise opened in the heart of Colombo's commercial district, Isipathana Mawatha, Colombo 05 recently. This marks the opening of its 5th "Cool Planet" franchise store in Sri Lanka and the largest.

Cool Planet uniquely positions itself as a burgeoning department store which offers and introduces many retail categories to the Sri Lankan market such as Li-Ning, Maui and Sons, Disney and Local to name a few.

The Colombo 5, store which is evocative and elegant, with an imposing space of over 25000 sq feet, helping customers navigate easily to the store and shop.

"This is a project planned for some time and are happy to open it to suit the need and demand of the growing customer base, this was opened after much request from the Colombo customers," said the management.

The Colombo store comprises of a foray of clothing, accessories for ladies, menswear, kids and sportswear. The flagship outlet also boasts of a large food court and kids play area.
