DMS Software Technologies implements Oracle E-Business Suite

DMS Software Technologies (Pvt) Ltd (DMSSWT), a Gold Level Member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), successfully completed the implementation of the Oracle E-Business Suite solution at Continental Insurance Lanka Limited. The new system has substantially helped the company increase efficiency and accuracy in its many financial transactions.

The Oracle solution was combined with a pre-existing General Business System (GBS), at Continental Insurance via a customized programme, developed by a team of Engineers from DMSSWT to ensure the best possible results, by introducing "Straight through processing."

"Since the solution was implemented by the DMSSWT team, they made sure that all our needs were met for the best possible implementation of the Oracle system and the optimal performance of our pre-existing GBS," said Shanuka Jayarathna, Head of Finance at Continental Insurance.

DMS Software Technologies provided the solution design and implementation services, assisted with data migration, trained Continental Insurance staff in using the system and supported the company's efforts to build knowledge of the Oracle products. The insurance company also engaged DMS Software Technologies for Post-Implementation support.
