At SLIM Bucks MBA Inner Circle Forum:
Former Sri Lankan skipper and star batsman Kumar Sangakkaraaddressed
the third Inner Circle Forum organized by the SLIM Bucks MBA Alumni on
27th February 2013 at the Hilton Colombo Residence. Sangakkara spoke on
a “Hands-on Approach to Leadership” and shared his knowledge and vast
experience acquired as a cricketing star, an ambassador and an activist.

and personal with their cricketing hero, having a chance to direct their
questions to him.
Sangakkara captivated the audience with his usual charisma and held a
friendly discourse on a range of topics involving leadership: being a
good communicator, dealing with different team mates, handling pressure,
strategizing, taking risks, being accountable and measuring performance.
