Krrish Group to start construction by June

CEO R P Gupta said Krrish group had made land lease premiums to the Urban Development Authority ahead of the agreed schedule of payments pertaining to the construction of Krrish Square in Colombo.

The construction of Krrish Square is progressing in terms of design and planning and according to Gupta, Krrish Group is expected to start the construction of the iconic Krrish Square in Colombo by June 2013.

Krrish Square in Colombo is among 10 biggest project in the world, in terms of size and complexity and Krrish group have been working tirelessly with its internationally renowned consultants, in completing the design and planning process of the proposed legendary iconic complex. The basic planning has been completed, Test Pile has been cast, and the results of testing would be available in about four week's period.

"We were rather surprised to see some reports raising doubts about Krrish Group's commitment to the project and we have not sold a single unit so far to finance our activities," Gupta added.
