'SL's modus operandi boosts living standards'

Rollins said the mechanism of communities, Local Authorities and Civil
Society Organizations across the island, improved the living standards
of Sri Lankans mainly in the North and East.
Rollins was addressing the media at the American Centre, Colombo on
Wednesday.
She said the US government is working with Sri Lanka to facilitate
sustainable development. The USAID will spend more than US $ 13 million
for development activities this year.
The US $ 10.5 million Development Grants Partnership Programme helps
communities in conflict affected areas, Rollins said. |
