Arrest warrant issued on SICILLE

High Court Judge Kumudini Wickremasinghe yesterday issued a warrant for the arrest of the sixth suspect in the Golden Key Credit Card case and Ceylinco Group chairman’s wife, Sicille Kotalawala.

The Magistrate further ordered that the issuance of the warrant through the Ministry of Justice to be informed to the Attorney General.

Furthermore, the court also ordered the sureties of eight accused including Lalith Kotalawala to be present in courts on March 18.

The Judge said that there is information to the effect that the fugitive is living in England.

Attorney at Law Sumudu Hewage appearing for the depositors pleaded that the suspect had gone abroad and urged the court to issue a warrant for her arrest .
