First innings win for De Mazenod

De Mazenod College beat more fancied St. Sebastian's College, Moratuwa by 19 runs on first innings in their inter-school under 19 cricket match played at Kandana.

In reply to De Mazenod College, total of 220 Sebs were all out for 201 with Sangeeth Cooray swing a patient knock of 92 runs which consisted of fifteen fours.

Gayan Silva too contributed 34 runs.

Rukshan Fernando bagged 4 for 55 for the homsters. At the close De Mazoned were 81 for 3.
