Sisira Ratnayake new JSC Secretary

Former Ratnapura Civil Appellate High Court Judge Sisira Ratnayake assumed duties as the new Judicial Service Commission (JSC) Secretary.

The new JSC secretary is an old boy of S Thomas' College, Guruthalawa and Ananda College, Colombo. He entered Law College and was admitted as an Attorney at Law in 1983 and commenced practicing in Bandarawela and Badulla Courts.

He joined the Judiciary in 1992 and assumed duties as the Chief Magistrate Morawaka and as the Chief Magistrate of the Monaragala Court in 1995. He was appointed the Badulla Chief Magistrate in 2011.
